Someone else has access to my account
If you think your account may have been compromised, please take the necessary steps to secure your account:
- Make sure you are the only one having access to your email address. If necessary, disconnect all the linked devices and change your password.
- Change the password of your OFinancial account. However, this can only be done if you know the current password or if you have access to the relevant email address.
- Make sure your 2FA method is active on your OFinancial account.
- Also, let us know if you notice any unauthorised actions on your account like trading or withdrawal requests.
