Someone else has access to my account

If you think your account may have been compromised, please take the necessary steps to secure your account:

  1. Make sure you are the only one having access to your email address. If necessary, disconnect all the linked devices and change your password.

  2. Change the password of your OFinancial account. However, this can only be done if you know the current password or if you have access to the relevant email address.

  3. Make sure your 2FA method is active on your OFinancial account.

  4. Also, let us know if you notice any unauthorised actions on your account like trading or withdrawal requests.
